What best describes this incident ?: (G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM) - Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM. (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. “Put your hands up or I will shoot” and countdowns are not considere

Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was doing my thing when all of a sudden I come across a GTR for sale on Tweedle.

I sent 267 a message on the phone to offer him a deal to buy the GTR.

We agreed for me to trade my Mercedes GL63 and add 350k for the GTR and planned to meet at City Hall.

I arrived at City Hall but had to go for the Mercedes back at the impound to bring to at City Hall.

We met and made our way in front of the city hall desk. We exchanged Session ID and I transferred the money to 267.

After some time waiting for the car transfer 283 came from behind and slashed me to death with his machete without prior roleplay.

As I explained before on Discord, "(G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM) - Attacking another player without engaging in any form of quality roleplay is considered RDM."

From what I can understand from this rule is that in order to start attacking another player you have to engage in a form of quality roleplay. I feel like I have not been met with this requirement as everyone can see from the videos. From my perspective all I have seen is 283 coming from behind and slashing me without prior warning or roleplay.

I do understand you planned to scam me and dispose of me together with your group to get rid of any loose ends. It is part of the game.

I have been scammed before and I did not write a report against it as there were no rule breaks so no need to call out that this is revenge report. I am writing this as it is not fair on how I lost my life. This is not an arena, the point of playing the server is to roleplay things out.

But again, you do not just go slash and kill someone without saying a word just because you planned it all. You still need to meet the requirements of quality roleplay.

I don't think there is anything I could add to this report, however if the staff has any questions, I will be more than happy to answer them.

 
The only person actually providing  some roleplay here is the two guys doing the trade. At the start of the video provided from the other side its validity of this gets questioned as well. Should have been a red flag. This is RDM in its purest form.

69249 is the killer and will be handed a ban for RDM. This looks like it will be a Permanent Ban due to the history with this player.

The man that received the money is already banned, but i taken his money away that led to this. This is so you can post a compensation request. Please refer back to this Report  a Player when posting that and our level 2's will assist you there.

For the member of staff doing the compensation request; 
350.000,- to be compensated in full alongside items/money lost due to death. Regardless of bleedout.
