Apologies for the long wait. 

After reviewing the evidence, I'd agree this is RVDM. Even though deliberately ramming a vehicle is a valid tactic, look at police, etc, then it must be done with high quality roleplay. Just deliberately ramming a vehicle without providing roleplay before hand is not a valid reason, and overall the RP provided was poor. I'll therefore be giving ID 275 a warning for G1.1 - RVDM.

I'll also be giving ID 243 a warning for G1.2 - RDM.
