Please (in detail) describe the incident: So I was just cruising around the city when all of a sudden I get rammed from the back for no reason. You can't hear me in the clip but I confronted the guy in the Range Rover and told him that he had crashed into me and I also called him a muppet as I was frustrated at always getting rammed, to which he replied with "You slammed your breaks in the middle of the fucking road." As you see in the clip I did not "slam" my breaks, and instead I slowly came to a stop, it's pretty clear I was slowing down. Then as I was going to look for a someone to help me fix my car to drive back to the mechanics he continued to try and vdm me, to which he succeeded and then took me out of the city. This person has not only wasted my time by taking me out of the city, but he also ruined my RP experience as a whole and I believe this person should be punished as it clearly states in the rules you are not allowed to do so. Also, I have not tried to resolve the situation as I don't know how to speak to him. I spoke in ooc with a god and he told me to file a report. The guy also said he had evidence which I am willing to look at. Thank you for reading.

I would like to address this situation on 3 fronts: 

initially the collision was done by pure accident, billy (in the white sultan) and the ambulance were playing music relatively loud while driving besides each other. So as i drove down i tried to avoid them. On my screen i didn't actually touch him as shown in my recording but caused his car to break down. 

secondly its quite convenient to have lost all sound, the fact you swore at me saying "you son of a bitch" while kicking my car. Very aggressive from my point of view. In RP im not known to be soft or nice so you cant expect that behaviour. You claimed to have ran for a mechanic but decided to run back towards me after swearing? 

Lastly, as you've said you have done nothing to try to resolve the situation, throwing threats in OOC and in game will resolve nothing. In OOC I've stated asking for staff to be present isn't acceptable, and that we can resolve this via discord or the forums. You've chosen the latter. 

I agree my first interaction was aggressive, but you further enhanced this aggressive conversation. There was nothing wrong done on my part. After taking this individual out of the city, i asked him would you like me to take your hospital, he said no and continued to threaten me and claimed that "he'll see me soon". 

To conclude i believe this report was done out of spite, as the RP situation didn't go according to his liking, and instead of any resolution or RP billy decided to contact staff and report. Due to this i believe this report was done out of revenge. If staff would like any further information please let me know. 

I have attached a video below, in this video i am on discord and you can hear multiple voices. None of these players were playing GTARP at the time and there was no interference from them at all.

Hi, thanks for responding. I was checking the roads to see any cars hence why I first went on the road on the right but after seeing it empty I went to the road you were in. I have no issue with the verbal, however I do believe it is initially your fault seeing as you rammed into me first, without apologising. If it was an accident an apology would be accepted and we could have moved on. We could squash this minor incident here right now or this can be taken further. I would like you to apologise for running me over and I apologise for calling you a "son of a bitch" (I didn't mean it literally) along with anything else that you may have taken offence from.

After reviewing it, it clear that this was not VDM initially. Simply a RTC. From the reading of your description of the incident, you seem to try to downplay the level of aggression you, the victim of the RTC, had to the driver of the range rover.  I feel there is more than enough justification for the driver of the range rover to see RED and attack you after your actions of insults and damage to his door. Weather that be with with his vehicle or something else. 

On another note, i cant personally see why there was a reason to "Dump" this player (going off the "to which he succeeded and then took me out of the city"). Players need to be more conscious of the state of roleplay on the server and need to stop doing what's easy and do what's right. Please in future if you have an altercation with a player that results in them being incapacitated, just leave em to die where you put them down when its applicable. People don't need to be dumped every time someone crosses you.
