Please (in detail) describe the incident: Before I start, I do not have any audio on my view. I installed some Steelseries Sonar and did not realise it changed my main audio input making shadowplay only record comms.

I was just chilling looking thru Tweedle when 241 pulls a gun on me and demands me to open up the backdoor in the shop. Stupid mistake of him but he turned around and lowered his guard and I incapacitated him. After him being downed he starts yelling telling me to kill myself, then proceeds on just yelling racist words in a loop. As you can see in the video where Mike-Borris came right after it all happened. After that 241 combatlogged.

well, this is pretty clear..
having a even further look after seeing his character ID and low play time, he will also be banned due to being a skiddie.
64691 banned for C1.2 and well, being a skiddie.
