Please (in detail) describe the incident: I'd litteraly just logged into the city, spawned up at the bar in sandy, when trying to get a car to get back to the city 240 runs me over from behind. Was kinda my fault as I was in the middle of the road but then when trying to speak to them they just said "Hello?" drove over me a few times, honked his horn and fucked off.

I did put "240, in the tornado, what was that?" in OOC to try and get his side of things but didn't get an answer back.

Ordinarily reports would be death with after 24hours have passed but I came across this one and noticed the reported party was already banned so I'm going to go ahead and action this anyway incase an appeal is submitted.

I have checked when the player that ran you over connected and it was only ~5 minutes before you were downed so I'm fairly satisfied that this was VDM. That said, a clip of context 3-5 minutes long before you were ran over would be ideal, just to remove any doubt in my mind that some prior interaction had happened.

Yeah i get what you mean now, atm my clip software only captures 1:00, hence the two clips.

That footage is all I've got unfortunatly.

Without additional footage its hard for me to approve this and be absolutely sure there was no prior interaction between you two.

Clip does look damning so I thought it would be worth a note regardless.
