I was down at Sanitation chilling when i had noticed a police vehicle turn up and drop someone off wear Grey. This raised my suspicions as my gang is fighting another gang that also wears Grey.
To investigate who this is. I was able to Rp it out and talk to this person and asked for a lift to the airport to grab a car. This was a lie to question him to get information from him. One they way down to the airport, he said that he'd been in the city for 1 day but from the way he was acting made be believe that he'd had been in the city longer at the time. The whole time i was in the vehicle. He did not go on a phone or radio and there was no on at Sanitation with him or followed him to the airport. With that said no one knowns where he is.
When we arrived, i wanted to question him more so i made a choice to hands him. He did comply and follow my orders. I was able to place him in Zip ties and search him. He only had an ID card & Money (NO Phone No Radio) so was happy that he could contact anyone. I was able to move him to the other side of the airport to question him. This is when he started to act in a way that he was talking to people in his head. I believe this because i was trying to RP a situation with him and question him on which he kept refusing to answer me a go salient.
During this time around 4.07 + in the PART 2 Video. You can hear a vehicle close by honking multiple times. This alerted me thinking that in fact this was his friends due to what he was saying before. As the convocation was coming to an end and was going to leave. A black SUV turned up and with 2 people in side. There was no way that they could of known where we was and knowing he had no phone or radio clearly can see that they have used OOC information to locate him by coming down, honking there horn to confirm if there was near to then pulling up and shooting me.
I have tried to look for the original but i believe i have already deleted it from my archives. But i know for 100% its those numbers as i made the report straight away when this happened.

No worries, with some expert help I've mananged to confirm their ID's.
In the video it's quite visible that whilst 25 is held up he tabs out of the game multiple times, whether he is communicating with any friends at this point is not clear.
However as you drive up to the 2nd place and a car is honking as indication and 25 goes quiet again (Probably to verify that his friends are close to him) they manage to pinpoint 25's rough location and eventually manage to find him.
Given that 25 had no phone or radio at any given time during this exchange it would be quite hard to explain how they would have been able to find them without any OOC means of communication.
On top of this 25 mentions that his friends would find Reznikov in the peculier way he did during their exchange whilst in zipties, it adds up to be a clearcut case of metagaming.
In addition, 25 mentions getting banned if he would be saying his name, therefore he would be breaking character.
