Well first off thank you for taking the time to make a player report
@pililukSo I've had a look into the videos provided and I do have a few points that I'll outline below before I go into the videos and the outcome of the report.
Nope never told me to get out, was always a question along the lines of "why dont you get out would make things much quicker so you can go back to taxiing" etc. but again relevancy of that to you ramming on a bike? This isnt a report of me iv already got a ban so again relevancy?
Whilst you are correct you are not the reported party, If there are rule breaks happening from your side then indeed they will be mentioned or even actioned upon, Such as in the second video you clearly combat log.
i assume as staff youl get a slap on the wrist and go ahead and do it again
Might be a wise option to to go assuming as a whole. How reports are delt with are based on what is provided to us and we go from there, If no one has done anything wrong then no punishments will be given.
Moving onto the report, In your own words you do agree and it's clear from the video there is more to the whole situation than being hit when driving your taxi. You have mentioned it was an accident and you tried to apologise for whatever happened prior. I'm not saying you aren't being honest with that aspect, However without seeing any videos of what happened leading up to what is shown makes it more plausible that there was a reason for you to be rammed/stopped.
Now the issue you have reported is being more common sense over fail driving, Since fail driving as a whole wouldn't exactly cover this in a sense given the context, However would I say it's not a great idea to do this, Indeed I would. Most of the report even what is being said after the taxi is disabled is difficult to work out as you only have the audio for yourself, Based on this we we're going to deny the report as the context is lost and within the first video no sessionheads we're used or nearbyids, The only people we can make out in that is a few people wearing the lost mc clothing and yourself.
In the second video you are being rammed again and moved over to the fuel station however you decided here to combat log from the situation to get this report made. Whilst I understand wanting to make a report, Roleplay comes first and you should of finished the situation as a whole over logging off when people are trying to RP with you.
Would I say in this situation you didn't value your life? Possible, However without any videos with footage it's difficult to work out as it could work both ways, You we're being demanded out of the vehicle or simply a conversation. Within your own admissions here you did admit to breaking character to ask Mike to come to discord and going from the responses this was ignored since you we're breaking a rule as a whole. Best place to ask people to talk in discord/ts about a roleplay situation it is via the /ooc or /looc chat however this is done after the situation has finished and not during.
As for
@Mike Polo&
@Hammiebe worth to take note of the above in relation to ramming a taxi or vehicle with the bike as it would see to reason the bike would sustain more damage as a whole, However due to GTA Physics this didn't happen. There was a car involved with you all and you could of used that however without anymore context being provided prior to the taxi being hit it's one to keep in mind. Could also argue the latter, Car ramming a bike ect, All context based.
So where does that leave us, I will be going ahead and denying the report since we don't have the full context and there is no audio outside of your own pililuk. I will go ahead and note down the breaking character on your ban since this did happen after you did this in game. One more thing I'll leave you with is if you believe a rule has been broken that doesn't give anyone the right nor justification to break a rule themselves, Reports can be made after the situation as often or not there wasn't a rule broken and the RP that could of been was in turn ruined.
Denied.
