Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was kidnapped and complied with all demands like dropping my items etc but they forced me to give my car keys too so I did to ensure I was complying with everything. They then killed me anyways and stored my car in their own personal garage on their turf which I can't access. I have tried to get a mechanic to retrieve my car but the gang just pay them off and make them leave. I believe this could be powergaming since I am unable to do anything about it.
Hello there Hailee, I would like to start off my reply with the facts of this whole situation:
Firstly, 229 have more then enough reason to believe that FE-13 has robbed a member of the gang (that member being myself) and since we believe its your gang, we have more then enough reason to retaliate.
Secondly, Kidnapping and robbing you for your association with FE-13 is completely justifiable and I will not be talking about that in this report as its irrelevant.
The third point I'd like to make is how you or any FE-13 have NOT tried to roleplay this entire situation out in anyway shape or form, within an a few hours of us telling Mia in game that until we receive compensation we will be looking for all FE-13 members, she called us into liaison to complain how its unfair the RP is, and has been privately messaging myself and others to try and resolve RP over discord. Yourself Hailee have also made 0 efforts to even retrieve your car from our parking, the only attempted made was to call a mechanic down to our turf to try and receive the car and we told him to leave. You then started to complain in OOC chat saying how you cant do anything even though you haven't tried anything other then that. We were looking forwards to seeing the RP FE-13 would create with this situation, for example; Pretending to be a mechanic to retrieve the car with a unique/funny reason, coming down to turf to speak to us about the car or even coming to turf in big numbers, but all it has been is complaining and OOC messaging
After complaining in OOC about your car and even receiving a warning for wrongly using OOC, I offered to hop into liaison to explain a past situation that occurred between Mia and 229; But unfortunately you never came into liaison , the "2nd in command" from FE-13 came in to the liaison to speak on your behalf.
If you actually came to the liaison like asked to by myself in OOC, this report could've been avoided.
Our parking is super assessable to the public the only thing in your way is a locked gate that is easily pick lockable to anyone who wants to pick lock it, you can also just jump over the gate, the back wall or walk through the open alleyway that goes directly into our turf and un-park your car, yet you haven't even tried any of this and jumped straight to the forum instead.

Now as you might or might not be aware, Mia actually reported us for doing the same thing with her car, and it was deemed not power gaming by staff due to the fact its very easily to get your car out of the parking (I wont be typing on this report on how to get the car out as i would like you to put the tiniest bit of effort into your own RP)

Conclusion:
229 Holding your car in a publicly accessible car park is not power gaming.
FE-13 and yourself have provided super poor roleplay to this entire situation and quite frankly makes any roleplay with your organisation a complete drag and super unenjoyable.
Please before reporting anyone at least try to:
Roleplay the situation out before running to the forum
Coming into liaison when asked.
Report within 24 hours of the situation if you believe its a rule break.
No problem I'll go ahead and close off the report however it should go without saying that given a shorter version of a situation can paint it in a different light over than what fully happened and at that point we would require the full situation to make a determination on the given context.
