Please (in detail) describe the incident: My friend was trying to reverse out of a space as i was trapped in between my mates car and a few of 229s cars, obviously there was no way to get out and i hit their car a bit. 229 came running over with guns saying why did we hit their car. They then proceeded to shoot me and told my friend to 'Take your dead mate to fucking pillbox you clown'. I feel as though this would be RDM as there was absolutely no reason to shoot me and it was not needed at all. I only managed to get one of their IDs which was 620 and it was the guy with the blue mohawk.

Is this all the footage have, or is there more that you can show us.

I ask, as we require 3-5 minutes worth of footage prior to the initial rulebreak. What we've seen here so far is around 1-1.30 before the possible rule break.

Hi, I am the person in here and I'm a bit confused as to why this wasn't brought into a liaison or contacted OOC about it as I could've cleared my intentions and I'm still willing to try and resolve the situation but here is my reply, In my eyes this shooting was not out the order or "no reason to shoot me and it was not needed at all".

If I'm correct you are a current member of the Bam pots, who recently 229 have had a bit of hostile roleplay going on between the 2 with the accusations towards 229 members being a "grass", now we came down to your turf to try and see what was going on but was just met with hostility that ensued into one of the Bam pots being shot and incapacitated, when then returned a day later because once again there was more insults and hostility going on towards 229 so when came to your turf to try and at least to just end up leaving as clearly talking wasn't going to be an option.

 A few days later we see 1-2 of your members in the Kraken wearing the unbuttoned shirts that your gang goes around wearing and decided to go inside to at least talk to one of you but in the end decided to leave you and have a bit of a joke inside the bar, whilst I was inside the Kraken I had noticed you and your friend had left and thought nothing of it until I heard ramming, once I turn around to see where the noise is coming from all I see is you ramming my car and that's all I could see, I didn't see another car in front of you blocking and was told that you was ramming my car so I immediately went outside to stop you and it continued on from there, I was under the pretence that the only reason you hadn't driven off was because of the smoking engine but I seemed to be wrong after watching the video since you say "stop, stop", the reason for shooting you was because I originally thought you had lied about ramming my car to get out as I didn't even notice at the time that the blue car was blocking the front way out as there was space but clearly not enough after looking back, so after thinking about being lied to and having only previous hostile roleplay with your gang and the fact that we didn't say anything or try to question you about it I was quite annoyed In character therefore I shot you which looking back was a mistake and for that I will apologise.

I can understand where your coming from however looking at the bigger picture I don't, while in the car we could have easily left, the 3 members approaching were all on foot and we had gained a big gap already, not to mention being in a heavy armoured vehicle, It looks to me like you've acted purely on the fact you just wanted to get your gun out rather than listening to what you were being told or regarding the whole situation something we have became all to familiar with in regards to RP with 229. Moving on regarding hostility after being told "no one likes a grass", you came down to our turf while I wasnt there only Tam and Kieffer were present as theyve told me you were there for a couple of minutes and in that time you asked for Viktor and done a whole load of waffling when you were told for the god knows how many time Viktor wasnt here you shot Kieffer and said fine you can take the bullet instead and while leaving the same phrase used in this report was used "take your mate to pillbox" so these kind of scenarios clearly arent a prone to yourself I understand your playing a character and 229 the gang you represent loves conflict but to shoot people you barely know with so little reason on more than one occasion its quite frankly shite RP. Last comment from myself before staff make a decision is towards the end its sounds like your making an appeal already which is never a good look.

the situation you speak of is one in which u pulled around to our turf looking for a member of our gang, who did indeed call u a grass ,the pictures below ,clearly shows you indeed were being a grass .you then shot another member upon being told that he wasnt here ,highlighting a similar incident where you shot someone with lackluster reasoning.ive recently been of the worse end of shooting someone for very little rp ,a decison i agree with fully and have had a chat with a staff member about ,to better my rp in relation to influencing another persons experience , something i expect a whitelisted gang member to have a bit more common sense about and use to better the enviroment of the people around him rather than ,so to speak, be "looking for a reason" to shoot someone ,just do better mate

I do find it a little bizarre that you had no attempt to resolve this, you could have potentially managed to resolve this between yourselves if you had been willing to talk through the situation.

Moving on, after looking at the evidence provided and the arguments from both parties involved it is clear that there are 2 completely different POV's on this situation.
I can understand why @R o n's character Cameron would have been angry at the time due to what he only could assume was you purposely ramming his car to wind him up.
Now, I do not personally believe this falls under RDM as such however it is on the borderline.
The roleplay provided behind the shooting was absolutely dreadful and extremely poor from 229's side of things and this isn't exactly what we would be expecting to see from a whitelisted gang.

There appears to be no attempt to hold any actual high quality roleplay here, this could have been a potential scenario that would've been rather fun on both parts however, Cameron you decided to turn straight into violence without any valid reason.  
I will be declining this report under the reported rule of RDM, I do want to give Cameron the benefit of the doubt on this occasion due to the context however I hope you read this carefully and learn from your mistakes. I do not expect to see any player reports like this against you moving forward.
