What best describes this incident ?: RDM and NVL

Please (in detail) describe the incident: Was at the key store and this group of people come up obviously looking for trouble. After some back and forth chat. I then got in the guy's car as I was going to put a gun at him to pull over etc etc. He then decided to drive straight into the petrol pump and blow us both up therefore both RDM and not valuing his life.

The same guy then kept constantly coming back after being fully killed twice and we asked him to leave and he didnt, knew exactly what he was doing. Then he came back saying discriminative language and then ran us all over with a truck.

This player has already since been banned since you making this report. However, rules: (C1.2) Discrimination, (G1.2) Random Death Match (RDM) , (G2.4) Value of Life are going to be added to his current ban.

In the videos provided the player shows no quality RP at all. He then uses offensive terms which are no accepted within this community.
The player will receive a Permanent Ban for his actions involving rule (C1.2) Discrimination.
