Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and 3 friends had stopped 2 guys to rob them as we knew they had a gun on them, as we previously tried to rob them but they got away. We found them again and repeatedly told them to put their hands up they complied and he dropped the majority of his items but refused to drop the gun. He continued to refuse to drop the gun although we had 2 guns and a stun gun pointed at him, he then began using slurs in a discriminatory way. He said these words multiple times and still refused to drop the gun so he was shot. I have recorded the whole situation, i believe the gun has been compensated to me and my friends but i believe 217 should be banned due to the slurs he used to me and my friends. These such words should not be used under any circumstances especially not in one where the words are being used to offend someone. The clip below will show the situation in full. We tried to resolve the issue with the player 217 multiple times but he did not comply, and used ooc terms to say i was going to get banned for rdm because we robbed him.

Evening @Jimmy BallsonThank you for the above image to show the session id's and thank you for taking the time to make a player report. In regards to the person in pink since not much is shown against them I wouldn't be able to take any action against them in this instance, However we can see the session id of 217 clearly in the above image. 

Looking over the video provided, It's clear 217 didn't value their life and just cares about keeping items over the roleplay based on their own comments. Within the Value of life rule it does clearly state the following - if you are clearly outnumbered or at an obvious disadvantage you should comply with demands. There we're two people with firearms pointed at 217 and therefore should of complied with demands and dropped the weapon as requested by yourselves. Upon downing them you do hear them thanking yous for doing so as they and I'd quote 'Saved them a lot of money'. Whilst downed they just continued to break rules more so not roleplaying their injuries and of course the comments made by 217 in a derogatory manner, Whilst yes frustration is understandable this would be going beyond that.

Based on this 217 will be receiving a Permanent ban for C1.2, G2.4 & G4.4.
