Please (in detail) describe the incident: Myself & Lewis Ajax were on duty, where we had just proceed the guy seen in the videos friend. However he followed us up at high speeds breaking loads of traffic laws. Due to this we was going to have a chat with him and give him as warning about his driving. However we soon realised we had previously given this same person a warning for careless driving. Due to this I arrested him for dangerous driving.
He then began breaking character when we was talking about joining the policing saying he "will just create another account" which I posted in the chat warning him about breaking character just to be smart in his response to joining the police. I thought this would be the end of it and it would not have resulted in this report however he continued talking about the chat I had put in. I tried to roleplay it as best as possible however breaking character is not okay and despite myself and Lewis warning him in chat of this he continued hence the report.
*You tried to resolve the situation with the player(s) before reporting" - We tried warning him in chat with the intention of him resolving the character breaking on his own. However did not take this to TS no.
