What best describes this incident ?: VDM twice with police officer witnesses

Please (in detail) describe the incident: I pulled up to an incident where a guy was being arrested and I was just going to stick around to see what he got arrested for but then out of nowhere, a guy rams me almost sending me into the police so I run and chase after him to find out his ID. When I return, he manages to get a new vehicle and run me over again managing to kill me this time. Police officers witnessed what happened and there was no reason for him to commit these actions as I had no previous interactions with him before.

He is seen ramming you guys on the pavement without any reason and without a word being spoken to him.
