Please (in detail) describe the incident: Was looking for a devious lick on some taxis like a bad man and my group stumble across this guy shown in the clip, we tell him to pop his hands up and drop the money, he begins dropping it in 1's then logs out the server. He comes back 2 minutes later and we stick him up, we point guns at him and tell him to step out and he calls us "clowns" and nvls so we shoot him and dump him. Don't have this on medal so not reporting him for that. We talk to him in discord where he states, "his internet went out" and "he doesn't give a fuck about the rules." I personally don't believe his wifi went out but I know in the logs it will detail how he disconnected.

After reviewing the report and checking the logs, it is blatently clear that the user combat logged, likely in an attempt to respawn back in once you had left the area. Alongside this, despite being threatened with multiple weapons and being told not to multiple times, the user continued dropping his money in singular bills, causing a huge risk to his own life. As such, the following action has been taken:
