Please (in detail) describe the incident: The clip speaks for itself really. I was parked up at Balla's checking Tweedle and generally people watching, where out of nowhere 206 slams into my bike, throwing me off. I quickly grab his ID and ask him what he was playing at, where you then see him disappear. I waited around for about 5 minutes however he did not return.
I did not try and resolve this via OOC/TS/Discord, as clearly from his actions he had no intention to actually RP any type of scenario and was in my opinion here to cause problems.
(Video is 10 minutes long, occurs in the last 30 seconds or so). I believe it occurred around 11:30hrs but I cannot be sure, it maybe 10 minutes out either way.
