Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was assisting a Response Unit on a traffic stop when someone came up and started kicking their car, because there was a probationary officer in the vehicle, I stayed quiet as I wanted to see how they would deal with it, during this, the man causing the issue started walking off but then 205 ran him over, I ran after 205 to try and deal with him for that, but then he decided to ram me also and then go back for the others that had congrated around the downed individual.
