I Understand the reasoning for this report, however some key context is missing from my side, at the time of driving i was roleplaying as a drunk driver (drinking behind the wheel during the chase) my character was serverly depressed due to some debt i had fallen into. which is why i was at the bank seeing if i could pick the lock into the vault (because i was drunk and out of my sane mind) after failing this and upon leaving the bank i was greeted by the police just pulling up. so in my drunken out of sane mind i attempted to flee. drinking more and more as the chase went on. when i was driving over the bridge i passed out and had lost control of my vehicle during the chase which resulted in my car flipping off the side of the bridge. after awaking from my passed out state my car landed upright and upon landing i had some medical supplies and a repair kit to patch myself up best i could to keep myself and my vehicle in a stable enough condition to drive approximately 30-50 metres to my friend who was in close proximity to the chase (as i was conversating over the radio and mentioned during my time in the air that i had lost control and crashed off the side of the bridge) he was ready to pick me up (if things went south like they did) and take me to a private doctor who would patch up the remainder of my injuries. we ditched my car and i was placed in the trunk of my friends car. to where we fleed the scene of the crash.
i understand from a 3rd person perspective this would have looked and seemed like fail driving, although personally i felt as if i maintained a good fair level of roleplay throughout. with the police just missing some context and POV of my own end. i did not unfortunatley get any of this on a body cam, as at the date of this i am still very new to the city and getting used to it. since this i have sorted myself a body cam and can ensure that going forward i will capture my POV just incase any other issues arrive during my time in the city. which i hope is not the case as im really enjoying myself over these past couple of days. but to stay on the safe side i will ensure that this is adhered too.
i was not intentionally trying to break any rules, although seeing the POV from the officer i can understand completley why he came to this conclusion.
