We (me and my gang) were at the BlackMarket, my friend was going to buy the rebels license and some guns... at leaving one member of 183 gang started shooting at our allies, we just watched and continued leaving the area, some sec later we got shut down middle air with 0 warning shots and a poor/low Quality RP (with had 0 engangement on us before we start piloting) ending up on 3 deaths by the same guy (possible rdm depending if the admins think it was), and im here to get some explanations with the admins if this is even allowed to do

since i was involved i will respond aswell, i was the one taking off in the wasp hummingbird.

during that situation we got initiated on with "friends in the area", as we came in you guys were together the whole time. and as far as we know you were involved. in our eyes you were taking off to chase down the wasp hummingbird which was initiated on.

now i see you video i would have said "well bad luck, you got caught in something in shouldnt have but we couldnt have known that you are not involved. you had guns out and was with the guys that initiated on us the whole time.

also may i ask who you resolved with? since you checked the box with You tried to resolve the situation with the player(s) before reporting

I am sorry that you feel that this situation had to come to the forums. I am here to defend my side of the story. 183 members were at the Blackmarket before you had showed up, and we had claimed the blackmarket. We seen your group travelling to the black market and assumed that your group were all in the same gang or working together. One of your people was capturing the blackmarket, at the start of the video you could hear me telling him to stop but he had already ran away. 183 were waiting around to ensure that you were not going to take over the blackmarket. One of the 183 members was interested in stealing the helicopter (which we used later on in the day). The 183 member tries to lockpick your own vehicle, then you threaten him with physical violence. Then the 183 member heads to the wasp helicopter, which someone had already lockpicked. He got in the helicopter and tried to fly away. Then your ally, who I thought was a part of your gang because I was stood round a corner, said "If you fly away the rotors will be disabled". Another 183 member responded with "and if you disable the rotors I will disable your brain". At that point the ally said "I have friends in the area", and a 183 member said "so do we mate". I couldn't read your name tags, and if I did then that would be metagaming to a degree. You were probably involved, possibly not. I decided to turn and take the shot on the helicopter incase you were going to bench snipe or set up.

So basically, you thought that they were all from the same gang, (which is not true because there were more than 3 gangs in the blackmarket) that we would be a "threat" when flying outside the blackmarket you decided to kill everything

In your video it shows the conversation, and someone is asking "-Wich one are we disabling", i guess every helicopters and people in the area, so you guys started to shoot everyone.

If from now on the admin give you favor, I can already consider that everyone can be a threat when robing people or do runs ... So I can kill everyone arround witouth talking for anyone... witch makes no sense to me.

okay, i might be wrong here so i would like to have an admin opinion aswell. but i have been told by multible staff members before that during an active gunfight all armed rebels are deemed involved.... since you guys had guns out i take that as you guys being involved?

also we did not shoot everyone, we only shot the armed people.

Funny fact tho, so basicly for e.g im robbing 1 guy near kavala, i can free shoot 30 guys arround it because they have military stuff without even saying anything to the 30 rest, seens legit thank you for the rules advisement. no engangement nothing just free to shoot thank

I was a part of the situation so I will therefore be commenting, when we've seen all of you guys look like you're a big group together, at blackmarket (Kavala is just slightly different so I don't know why you're even referencing it, my guess would be to cause trouble through sarcasm), a place where there aren't as you suggested, 30 people, but a fair amount of ARMED rebels, it is more than likely that you are hostile and therefore a threat to us.

I think your friend did more than ask him why, you can hear the man threatening the 183 member, and the 183 member responding with dont knock me out.

Yeah you said that "we need to have a chat". I didn't respond because I was in a gunfight. However you didn't tell me what room on TS, and I doubt you were even on it already. So next time if you want to have "a chat" with someone, tell them what teamspeak channel to go to, or they may expect you to talk in the local cafe. 

If your going to try and make a scenario up, make it realistic. And maybe try and reference an event in the past.

Im not even going to respond that, what im going to do is to wait for the admin decision.

If you dont get ban now, i know what do i have to do when robbing someone or if i feel "confused", like you said i can start shooting at everyone that has a gun or military stuff, even the helicopters that are already leaving the area cause those are the more threatening for sure (irony used here), and if i get ever reported for that i will laugh and copy+paste topic

I always love when I see people say "a Staff member said this" but never actually say that staff members name.  I also like when people link previous reports that are very much different (Your case you linked one involving a heli).

This situation had just begun people were leaving and people were still buying stuff. This is why in the RDM rule we allow enough time for people to comply with our demands. 

I will address a few points here.

Killersky, You are somewhat correct. However, This does not apply to this situation that helicopter was clearly leaving showing no signs of stopping or coming back. They were clearly showing that they were not involved in that situation.

Willy, you kindly linked a video where a helicopter full of armed men were landing in a long lastly gunfight between Police and Rebels. The key part to notice in that report is the situation was ongoing and they were coming to land. This shows to there own mistake was what showed them to be involved.

So, In this case, you have in fact just killed these people for the sake of killing them. They were clearly leaving, they were clearly showing that they did not want to be involved with the situation that was developing in that area. You choose to kill them for the sake of getting more kills on the kill feed. It is completely that sort of behavior we want to avoid.

Willy, you will be banned for breaking rule 2.2 in the future apply a lot more common sense before shooting at everything that moves.
