Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was on my way back to the taxi rank this morning. Pulled into the rank, noticed a guy sitting in a car at the left side of the car park.
I thought nothing more of it. Got out my taxi and was in process of trying to interact to park it. Suddenly I get rammed off my feet by the guy. I have no idea why, maybe he wanted my taxi. But he said nothing to me the whole time.
In the clip you will see that I go back to try park again and this is when I grabbed his server ID.

Good evening @Yippee, thanks for making this report!

For reports such as RDM / RVDM we do require footage which shows 3-5 minutes prior to the reported incident for context.
The footage you have provided only shows under a minute prior, are you able to provide a larger clip?

apologies about the last reply but I dont have the footage as I messed up with the editing and it deleted the original. I only learned today how to keep the original 20 min clip after edits 

I do believe someone else reported the same player for a similar rule break. I have had a look for his post. Can't find it so its possible its already been delt with. Maybe his footage is better than mines
