Please (in detail) describe the incident: I had a situation with a guy in impound before the storm where the guy cursed at me and chatted shit to me and my friends. I advised him to stop and wanted to have a chat with him when he told me "I don't speak to low class" with an added insult I cant remember. The guy was blasting loud music through his mic on impound and I asked him to stop multiple times and he was just aggressive towards me from the get-go, which led up to him getting stabbed. After the storm hit I went around looking for him when I got a matched description of a guy in the hospital so I waited for him to get revived and I planned to make my move then. The guy at first was hesitated a bit and called me suspicious but none the less I managed to get him into my car without any force when I decided to take him down to a more private area and have a chat. After the chat we had, I could tell this guy doesn't give a shit because he said "I know how this will go down" which told me he has gotten himself into shit and somehow still remembers it. I shot him in the head to make sure he won't be remembering anything and proceeded to head down to the docks to let him swim. When I got to the docks you can see that he combat logged to prevent his disposal. He also screamed DOWN SYNDROM for no reason. idk why.
