Please (in detail) describe the incident: at first we was looking for some bloods when we was told that there was one carrying another on a bike so when we went to intercept and find out the fella got knocked off his bike via my car accidently (you can hear me breaking) but when he came off the bike the 2 passengers disappeared(maby combat logged??) but we did check around after no one . when talking to the driver of the bike he was aggressive and gobby even with a gun pointed at him he failed to comply we decided to let him go after and be what ever when in the 2nd clip we managed to find him again yet again was gobby when asked who he was with and want compliant even stating that he was about to go to sleep and not caring the fact he was in a rp situation. but when he was shot in the head he still managed to talk and not act injured then proceeded to call me a faggot and a retard . when taking him to the pier he stated that he had it all clipped on his body cam and that he will rewatch it then remember
