Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was conducting a covert patrol at pillbox when suddenly gunfire erupted from next to the hospital. I saved someone and he told me a guy in the striped outfit shot him. I called for more units but recieved no response. I decided to follow him trying to find a moment to effect an arrest. He pulled up outside MRPS and started shooting me with no RP given beforehand, I pulled out my firearm in defence and a shootout started leading him to eventually down me.


The Shooting happens around 2:55 In
and the shooting of myself towards the end around 8:00

I' am going to throw my hands up and thought you were with the three individuals that I gunned down at the hospital that I then seen you picking up then you were following me relaying information to them. After deciding heading to the pd would be my best course of action hoping that there would be officers there (not knowing you were covert). You have thrown this report up within minutes. Are you wanting to go to qe to discuss this?

Frankly mate normally I do resolve. But literally wether I was with them or not, I had no colours. No obvious affliations, and i was just following. I then drove past you and stopped in a parking space. You got out and insta gunned me down, Kill me, Rob me or dump me all day I couldnt care less as long as RP is provided beforehand. This has been happening so much the past week (Not just you) and ive resolved it pretty much everytime and the same thing keeps happening, So I wont be interested in liaising today roleplay was none existent and the intent behind it had nothing more than just a frag mentality your ooc message "I KNEW YOU WERE GOING TO HANDS ME" says everything.

Nothing against you personally but im sick of letting this slide to have it repeated 5 minutes down the line.
 
I’ll dissect everything from my end and leave it at that If you’re not wanting to liaise. After the fight I had with Mara shooting down three of their men, I seen you collecting bodies so I feel it’s a good assumption to make that you are also Mara, so I believe you can’t say there is no roleplay between me and you when you’ve involved yourself in my situation. You then proceed to follow me all the way to the PD which strengthens my belief that you were Mara once more. With me believing you were Mara and you had the intention of getting out your vehicle to shoot I took action. The first shot was purely accidental, occasionally when I’m trying to speak with my mic button on the side of the mouse I sometimes accidentally shoot. I will post clips once I’m back home. Once the shot went off you pulled so I fired a couple more times.

So here is the gunfight beforehand leading up to his execution at the pd, as you can see from this clip its easy for me to make the assumption that this man is marabunta with how he is picking up bodies and then proceeds to follow me. He can not say there is no prior roleplay when he himself has involved himself in my situation. edited, in my clip doesn't really show him picking up bodies but his does as well as him following me which I knew of.
 
I picked up the body as it was my duty of care to do so, granted you wouldnt be expected to know that but you were still hanging around the hospital after the shooting. I followed you for a good while not showing any threatening behaviour whilst I attempted to gather more units. I then surpass you at the PD and park up as if to act like a normal civilian, you then decamp the truck and open fire on me instantly whilst I show no threat to you. If you think I was involved more than enough time passed and location changed to restart roleplay. If you held me up or whatever then fair enough you just came out shooting and it was a shite situation. I wont be replying anymore unless asked by staff as this is alot of back and fourth
 
You were following me all the way from the hospital how can you say the roleplay restarted, that's like saying mara and cutlass got into a shootout and you sneakily followed them to the dodgy doctor. Just because the location changes doesn't restart the roleplay, this situation is just a continuation from the shootout at the hospital. In my eyes you put yourself in that line of fire by showing you were picking up bodies and then proceeding to follow me which I was well aware of. Can I ask why there is no audio from you in your clip?

There was no RP between ourselves, There was no obvious affiliation to associate me with said gang, I was helping out just like most people do. The audio is an issue from my end with medal picking up the wrong audio source. Nethertheless the audio doesnt impact anything in the clip as you can see my microphone wasnt activated prior to shoot me.
 
My only argument from that previous statement is what Would you take from someone following you after a shootout ?

Id take it as an opportunity to continue and prolong roleplay. What could happen? Taken hostage? Some intense chase that could of led to more RP? Some intense beef that also could of led to RP. I know for a fact I wouldnt just open fire for the sake of it.
 
So on this one, as much as i see the point of view from yourself @IvanKane and its very obvious that @Custard Cream / Jay Macs is helping the people you just shot then is following you. At no point did you try to actually speak with him to find out who he was, why he was following or anything.

So whilst i get why you did just shoot, ultimately its your responsibility to know who your shooting before just doing it. Then on the other hand, your doing a "covert patrol" that "duty of care" does not quite apply the same when you just look like any generic gang member. So please dont confuse the two, if he had just shot you when you were helping the others (that he just shot) this report may not have gone this same way as you are sticking your nose somewhere it dont belong (doing your job of course, but nobody else knows that).

However because this was led away from the initial shooting and i feel there was ample opportunity to speak to each other before this happened i will be banning Ivan for 24 hours based off the FBS.
