Please (in detail) describe the incident: i had gone to get a taxi to begin the taxi job . i got in my taxi when i was going to exit the exit was blocked by a garbage truck , 164 got out the truck and told me to get out the taxi but as he only had a knife i refused to thats when he began calling me a 'dirty muslim ' which was simply racist due to me having an accent as i come from the south east . (i called 164 to come discord in ooc chat but got no response)

Sorry you were exposed to this player. Have you got a clip that shows that this players ID is 164? I can't see his ID on your provided clip, unless my prescription needs updating...
