Please (in detail) describe the incident: Phil Smith was arrested for a blade and whilst he tried to free his friends by putting PI Matthew Smith at knifepoint. After getting escorted to the cells, he decided to call me a r****d hence the report. All the time he was in cuffs, he was attempting to get a reaction out of myself and PI Smith by talking about several different things, including mothers.

There was no attempt in saying it was a accident or anything so I believe he did it out of spite.

Hi, I am the individual in this clip that was being verbally abusive to the police officer. I spoke to an admin shortly afterwards regarding my unacceptable outburst and wanted to put it on the record that I was extremely stressed this day and the way things turned out with the police officer had pushed me over the edge and led me to lash out irresponsibly without thinking. 

I realized what I had said was out of order and expected this report to be made against me but I just wanted to put on the record that this is very unlike me, I never usually act like this and I feel like this short moment is a bad representation of the entire 4-5 months of roleplay that I have invested into this server. I am usually very friendly and funny and like to banter with all the friends that I make around the city and all the strangers I meet and try to keep things light hearted and not serious or political and I realize here even though I was trying to keep it light hearted and comical for everyone I may have taken the jokes too far (the pedophilic remark) and for that reason I apologize. I also want to let it be known that mentioning the R word was a complete accident that slipped out without thinking and I instantly wish I could have retracted what I had said the moment it left my mouth as I was at the time heavily emotionally invested in the roleplay scenario but behavior like this is truly unlike my character (which hopefully my record shows as I haven't been warned about offensive language before).

I really wish you consider my apology because at the time I was just not thinking about my actions and the consequences that they may have but I will say that I have invested alot of time into this city and enjoy this city very much more than any other server I have been on and have extremely ambitious plans of different types of roleplay I can bring into the city like community events, business plans and legal entities to start. Once again I want to apologize to the individual I berated and hope you understand that sometimes people make mistakes and I hope I can be given a second chance.

I've gone ahead and watched both videos and also read all responses to the report including @Ajaks. I would say that this isn't a good moment overall and a lot of things we're said as a whole that he did apologise in ooc. I can confirm Ajaks was talked to in game in relation to this situation and this was already handled in the way of a verbal warning, Therefore as a punishment has already been given I will accept the report with alternative action taken.

@AjaksA little bit of advice, If you do get a bit heated in RP or it starts to turn that way just stepping back for a minute makes all the difference. You have taken responsibility for your actions and have been remorseful since this happened and this is a good thing overall, However please be sure not to do this again and take this chance that was given to you when you was talked to in game.
