Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was minding my own business at City Hall, admiring my fortune when out of no where these 2 lovely gents decided to start RVDM me.
I tried to communicate to stop them but with no luck. Met with sarcastic responses and laughing.
I then allowed them to keep ramming me up stairs so I could bait them to an unfortunate end near Vangelico.
As it can be seen within the footage, I put them both down and then was met with a massive array of racial slurs, plenty of N bombs.

There was clearly no way of being able to educate these guys, they have joined this city to just cause absolute chaos. This is not the place for them.

I then changed vehicles and placed them in my car. With the intentions of getting staff to hopefully TP and have a serious conversation with them.

I headed towards the typical common dumping spot and stopped on the way to see if anyone was at TFA to give me a lift back, I encountered 2 guys at TFA compound who I have no idea who they are but they were right away met with racial slurs from 150 & 152.

I wouldn't normally report such new people as I would prefer to educate them and help them around the city as my character has always done that, but these guys are literally not here for RP or any kind of scenario other than just being absolute morons.

Sadly part 3 and part 4 lost all audio focus on where they were using racial slurs to the other guys towards TFA
