Please (in detail) describe the incident: i was on my way to the jail with 2 officers after being arrested i tried to roleplay an escape on the way by /me with them, everything was going fine until id 140 was getting choked with a seat belt after i /me loosened the hand cuff and mask etc, started strangling him the the car comes to a stop then they BOTH get out the car id140 falls to the floor and the other officer pulls his taser out at this point i was really confused as he was supposed to be took hostage and why they both jumped out, i walked over to id140 to continue the scene to then get flopped with his police kosh. i had to log out after this guy ruined my rp experience/scene.

I'm not sure what rules he's broke or even if it's classed as rule brake, I'm sure the guys staff he made a ticket last night after i reported him and requested me to speak to him in a teamspeak about the situation which I couldn't attend as I didn't know he messaged and it was late, my point is I had him choked with a seat belt and some how he got out the car after I said "your not going anywhere"! I had him pinned hostage with the seatbelt using /me chat to enhance the roleplay, so then I get out the car to carry on choking him which u can hear in my clip, i thought maybe he pressed the wrong button and was gonna carry on letting me choke him and get back in the car but he didn't seem to do anything and it came to a holt so I got out and tried to carry on choking him as he didn't carry on with what was previously happening and didn't use common sense to get back in the car while he was ment to be getting choked and held captive as levarage for an escape plan. As I got out the car to carry on what with the roleplay to Try get him to get back in vehicle he then hit me with his kosh which then led me to being detained again and sent to jail and it ruined my plans for an escape which would of provided alot more roleplay and fun for everyone. How did he get out of being trapped with a seat belt? he didn't say anything or use /me to interact that's my issue here, if id140 would of  stayed in the car I'd of had leverage and control of the situation, instead of him magically escaping with no interaction what so ever to then hit me with his kosh to send me to jail! Abit of a mad one to say the least, I don't know if any rules were broke here but surely this can't be allowed as petty as it. ALSO THANKYOU FOR YOUR TIME Appreciate it!

Alright Ryan,

I appreciate your mannerism in this report, and explaining this incident in detail however I am afraid the only rule break I am seeing in this report is from yourself.

The cops are clearly going along with your RP, pulling over multiple times, going in the back of the car with you, trying to restrain you from lashing out by using a mask etc.

First of all, I don't feel as if its very realistic for a criminal, in cuffs, in a seatbelt in the back of a police car can so easily lean over to the passenger and simply bite his whole ear off, wouldn't you agree? You then do /me bites his other ear off. The second time outside the vehicle, I would not argue enhancing roleplay with trying to bite his ear, but it's definitely not that easy to just chew two human ears completely off from the position you were in.

Furthermore, after being put back in the vehicle, still in cuffs, and seatbelt on, you've done "/me loosens cuffs takes mask off and chokes officer"? How would one person in a vehicle cuffed from behind simply loosen their cuffs and then choke someone? This is a perfect example of borderline powergaming. If you are unsure on the powergaming rule, I will quote it below.

G1.5 - Forcing a scenario where no matter the roleplay of the other party you will win. Including, but not limited to; Roleplaying superpowers, roleplaying fatal injuries when they were only minor to avoid roleplaying with the emergency services, sealing buildings with cars to prevent entrance of other players, using knowledge of the rules within roleplay.

Your last ban was 2 months ago, this isn't good enough or the level of RP we want to see on this server. Unfortunately, this rulebreak cannot go unnoticed and will need to be actioned appropriately.
