Please (in detail) describe the incident: I attempted to rob someone at coalition turf which ended up in me being shot. Then as you can see ID 140 and 127 were dumping me on a beach. During this process, both ID 140 and 127 were attempting to force me to accept a carry which I know is powergaming and I told them in OOC that it was power gaming but they denied it and kept on trying. Afterward, ID 140 started kicking me in order to move me closer to a jetski so they could put me on it, which is exploiting and I informed them of that in OOC. ID 140 then kept on kicking/punching me to move me into the water in order to conceal me under the water and then one of them said (You're light in the water it isn't hard to move you) or something along those lines (sadly my recording software didn't pick up the audio so it cannot be heard in the clip), thus, showing that they saw my message in OOC yet kept on exploiting. They later asked me to TS as seen in OOC yet I declined due to the fact that they clearly do not have an understanding of the rules everyone must abide by on RPUK.
Apologies for my recording having no audio, however, I believe without audio it is clearly seen what they are doing.

Afternoon mate, I'm 140 in the video.

I'll start out with my issues with the scenario then move on to yours against myself. 

Firstly, once we downed you for the attempted robbery, we had you in our car for 15-25 mins or so whilst we decided what to do with you, bandaging your wounds as you were bleeding and @Kay Jaywas attempting to talk to you throughout with the only responses the entire time being '/me unconscious' which is either atrocious RP or just a refusal to RP at all. Then, when we got you to the area where we intended to dump you, as we figured dodgy doctoring someone who clearly had no intentions of RPing was a waste of our time, despite being 'unconscious' you refused to accept the '/carry' when we were both RPing our attempts to pick you on to our shoulders. Incredible weight for one man to be so heavy that 2 men cannot lift him whilst unconscious. I would consider this further fail RP, although I understand you stated this to be powergaming. This is something I am not 100% confident in and I would leave that to staff for clarification, but with you being unconscious I would think lifting you would be rather easy. Instead, as with the rest of the time we had hold of you, not a single word was said, and there was absolutely zero attempt of any form of roleplay from yourself.

Conveniently, you have removed all audio from your footage to hide your non-existent RP and failure to comply. I would ask you kindly to upload the same footage with audio so this can be heard.

EDIT: Kay Jay I believe is attempting to upload footage of your various "/me unconscious" spams (refusal to RP throughout) but is having issues with uploads, but has sent me these 3 images which show you doing so in different areas. Once I receive any footage I will also add those.

Both of these clips highlight your reluctancy to roleplay with us and take the 'easy way out' by just playing dead for 45 minutes, making the whole scenario considerably less enjoyable for everyone involved.

As for the exploiting accusation - I was unaware this was considering exploiting as the only experience I have had with this was to myself when someone was unable to pick me up (the game not letting them, not me refusing the pickup). I hadn't seen your message until afterwards and I apologise for this if this is the case, and would have done in teamspeak given the opportunity to do so. It was at this point I had asked you to teamspeak so we could discuss this matter, where I believe this could have easily been resolved but you did not respond to any of my messages, which is a shame.

As for continuously punching you in the water, once we had gotten you off the driver's seat of the jetski, you were standing, and so I tried to run you over (failed) to put you back on the floor and because on my screen you were in a 'standing state' my initial punches were an attempt to get you back into the downed state so that I could attempt to get you on a jetski (I'm not even sure you can get someone on the back of a jetski without carrying, honestly), which clearly didn't work. Once this had happened, I was unable to do anything except from punch until I did '/resetweaponwheel' which is shown in my footage and as soon as I had corrected that, I stopped and tried to run you over with a jetski for the same result, again failing to do so. I have since been advised that when this happens the best thing to do is tackle to put you back in the 'downed' state, which I had not known at the time of this situation. Footage of this below:

I have been present at RPUK for around 7 years and do my best to very seriously abide by the rules and this statement is an unfair way of looking at this scenario from someone who was asked multiple times to come and discuss a situation you were clearly unhappy with, yet ignored those requests and decided to go straight for a forum report. I have no doubt in my mind that we could have resolved this peacefully had you taken to time to RP with me and/or come to teamspeak after to resolve it OOC.

The fact is that I had been shot multiple times with an uzi and a pistol, then, had been run over and fell hard on the concrete; no wonder I was bleeding and was unconscious.I throughout the ordeal I did many /me portraying my specifically injuries (staff can check logs?(unsure if they will be in logs)). After about 6 minutes of me being down and bleeding you stopped and whilst i was sitting in the car /me wraps bandages and then immediately drove off again. You didn't care to stop earlier or to wrap bandages specifically around where i was showing that I had been shot.

As I said my software didn't record audio this time, I don't know why, but it didn't, so there is nothing I can do. Also I don't get how you think that is convenient for me? Just doesn't make sense to me...

I have been told by a staff member the one even when downed does not have to accept a carry and it is powergaming to try to force someone to accept a carry, thus, you attempted to powergame, however, I am not reporting you for that, I am reporting you for your exploiting which you clearly did.

I understand your points regarding the damage dealt to you and your consequent reactions, however this is a roleplay server and whilst you're right that you would be well and truly dead were this real, acting dead/unconscious for 45 minutes whilst we move you around and try to speak to you is in no way a fun experience for anyone and is in no way 'roleplay' no matter how many /me commands you do to state your injuries and unconsciousness. There is specifically a notification in the in-game text-box that states /me commands are to enhance roleplay, not conduct it in its entirety. I can see we are unlikely to agree on this matter so we are probably good to leave it there for staff as I don't want an argument here and I'm sure you don't either.

This was said because the audio would show us attempting to roleplay with you and whilst you have said you do not 'have' to agree to being picked up, our attempts to do so were attempts to roleplay and not powergame, such as both of us standing next to you and roleplaying our efforts to pick you up with the collective strength of us both. Never once did we state you had to get up on our shoulders either IC or in OOC, we simply tried to repeatedly.

This point in particular I 100% agree with the admin, you should not 'have to.' My issue with your actions in this part is that if you are going to roleplay being completely unconscious, it would be ridiculously easy to lift your limp, unconscious body. Were you on the floor, awake and roleplaying/speaking to us with the ability to resist, this would make complete sense that you might be difficult to pick up.

Lastly, with your final comment on the report being oriented around my exploiting, I believe my initial response states all I can say on the matter. I am apologetic about the initial kicking as I stated previously this was unknown to me to be exploiting and going forward I know to avoid this. My POV of the continued punching whilst you were in the water was not an attempt to 'conceal you in the water' as your initial report states, rather a shoddy attempt to get you back into a 'downed' state which my POV clearly shows you were not, as well as being locked in a 'punch-only' mechanic until I did '/resetweaponwheel'. Again, since this I have been advised that tackling would be the best way to fix this issue. As stated in my initial response, I am sorry that you felt I was exploiting for my advantage, but I promise this was not the case, as I benefitted nothing from it regardless.

Overall, I'm disappointed it had to come straight here rather than us talking about this, even if that talk resulted in this report regardless. As I have mentioned in my initial response, I truly believe this could have been resolved had we discussed both of our issues on teamspeak in a civil manner without the need for a report and accusation that I do not care for the rules that everyone must abide by.

Unless you have further points to make (if so, please go ahead!) then from my side I would consider this to have been talked through enough with both of my responses to you and it is probably best left to staff if we are not going to attempt to resolve this with one another. If you would like to speak to me and see if a resolution can be met, then please do say so. Otherwise, thanks for your time & apologies once again.

[SIZE=11pt]After reviewing the footage and reading your answers it is clear to me that the whole scenario was a bit messy.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=11pt]We can see in the footage provided that yourself Matt is going the route of roleplaying being completely unconscious and unresponsive after suffering your injuries. At this point it is fair to say that throughout this scenario you are not in control or able to resist much, if anything.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=11pt]Realistically, two fully grown men would be able to share your weight between them and carry/lift you to move you. [/SIZE]

[SIZE=11pt]You are correct that you do not have to accept a carry, however, the refusal to accept a carry is there to stop trolling and lack of RP. In this instance it would have been perfectly reasonable for you to have accepted a carry in the situation. However,[/SIZE]

[SIZE=11pt]ID 140, faced with the problem of Matt not accepting a carry there are multiple ways you could have moved him and disposed of him. For instance, you could have put him into a local car and driven him off a cliff. I understand he wasn’t giving you much to work with by refusing the carry but thinking outside of the box would have gone a lot further here.[/SIZE]

It is clear to me that this could be considered exploiting, but taking into consideration the footage from 140 and the fact that he was trying to put you into a ‘downed state’ I do not feel it was done with deliberate or malicious intent. I also feel that he tried to make sufficient effort in trying to apologize and resolve the situation before coming to this report.[/SIZE]
