Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was on the way to my job with Hazel and a short while later Rusty came (Rusty is the person who has been harassing Hazel in-game and OOC for days) and started ramming us without saying anything. Our car broke down, and we waited in the car for a while, hoping that he would leave again. After we waited, we got out and then Rusty came back and started running me and Hazel over. After that Rusty's car broke down and stabbed Hazel. During this time I got into his car and wanted to drive away or run him over, but that didn't work because his car was broken. After he locked me in his car and stabbed Hazel, he came to me, let me out of the car and started stabbing me too.

First off last time I spoke to hazel ooc (about a week ago) I asked for my stuff back and for us to be killed off so we don’t know each other, she declined both. Secondly I tried to talk but it seemed you didn’t hear much of what I said. I tried to speak to hazel but all she said was get it over with and would not say anything else. By the time I got back to you so I could take you to a dodgy doctor and continue the scene you had already combat logged. I tried showing the admin that responded to the scene the clip of the whole interaction but was having a nightmare trying to work it out.
Lastly The previous time I tried to rob you I pulled into the back of the airport to check my map and try find a doctor to take you too. But The car that fled the scene leaving you behind somehow ended up where we was (the driver hazel had disappeared and left the car hidden near where I was) I waited for the driver to return so I could clip it and show the driver knew where I was taking him and was trying to rescue him as he had a gun on him. Unfortunately the driver never returned, I believe the driver was waiting for you to be left somewhere so they could log back on and grab you without being seen unfortunately I have no proof of that

. I never drove up near to where you are I never went anywhere near that part of the map, I don't have proof of that either, but you have thrown multiple accusations my way each time you've killed me, you don't have proof of anything because nothings true. I have proof that you continue to rdm me and my friends, you claim to to speak yet all you say is "found you" each time, I have each one clipped. let's be clear here rusty, there is no "scene" to each of these attack, especially since you've killed me before, so I don't know you anymore

so hear is the day before clip, you can clearly hear me speaking before you drove off.
i don't have a clip of the car where i found it. But u said in looc yesterday you drove there and logged off and u didn't know I was there

Also at no point have I killed you and made you forget about me. iv left you to bleed out but that's it
 
thats the only time you've ever tried to feign some roleplay, i have clips of the other times to prove you just say "found you" or something to that sort, kill me, then leave me somewhere. i was clearly talking about the time in the clip, in which you dont say a word to me, just like you didnt the first time you did this. the clip that you showed is irrelevant to the report that's been made, thats a different situation. i'm not having a back and forth with you here, if staff need anything from me i'll happily give over what i can, otherwise this is my last reply. if any staff do see this, I do have a discreet ticket open about this whole situation but have not heard back since october 31st.
 
The first time I killed you was bad role play I’ll give you that, there was a lot of people round and I had to hit you with a shovel as you run off. The clip you posted you can hear part of what I was saying but I go out of earshot. I’m sorry I wasn’t shouting but I said oh it’s you two again put your hands up or I’m gonna shoot you then tried driving off. After I left you and went back for the other person I started talking to an admin and we stood there while I tried to sort the clip out for 5-10 mins. I wasn’t trying to hid anything I offered to share my screen to show the clip as I was having trouble. Again if my clip hadn’t corrupted I would be able post it on here so you can clearly hear everything I said
 
Do you have a longer clip? It seems there's more than what meets the eye here. Doesn't sound random but looks strange.
The clip only shows 2 mins prior to the alleged rule break and it isn't showing much until the attack.

@Rusty Jenkins Why did you decide to start ramming them? What happened before you arrived at the sanitation?
 
I rammed the car so I could stop them trying to escape and seek help. As chasing the car around the city would bring a lot of attention, And it could force me to a place where they could get the upper hand and protection

Before I arrived at sanitation I believe I woke up at AE and got a car out, I then drove to civ impound to get a better car out. After that I drove to the gas station near sanitation and see they was there so I decided to drive in and hopefully rob them.
 
@Thegermanopa Why is there a cut in the video? do you also have your own audio with the clip at all?

@Rusty Jenkins was there any previous interactions with these two within 10 mins of the video footage? or are you carrying this over from previous beefs you have had with these two?
 
That was the first time I see them that day, there was beef previously but after the advice I got given yesterday I’m going to take a different route to get my stuff back (better RP than just trying to rob them)
 
You can’t hear the recording persons audio. No one can. Not just charles.

Maybe buy a better mic.
Maybe fix your attitude.
