Please (in detail) describe the incident: I had just gotten on patrol when a vehicle had pulled up next to me honking his horn repeatedly i thought it was another person trying to cop bait so tried to ignore him but then he stepped out the car and started asking for directions to the shop at this point i knew something was up and double checked i had my glock selected incase he tried to hold me up in the car thats when he keeps pestering me so i stepped out the car and told him he had till his car was impounded to leave thats when he pulls out a heavy pistol and points it to my head without saying anything i respond by pointing my glock towards his head to which he opens fire i was expecting him to tell me to get my hands up but there was nothing he claimed that he didnt have enough time but when the guns shots start you can see his voice is transmitting and there was 0 attempt to ask me to put my hands up personally i think this is a low standard of roleplay trying to do the minimum to rob me of my firearms. I attempted to speak with him in discord all he responded with was he didnt have enough time to request me to put my hands up and that he had to shoot me because i had my gun drawn from getting out the car.
