What best describes this incident ?: RDM

Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was doing a stop and search on a drug dealer and ID 126 pulled up and said "ritz is that you" and "You wanna leave ritz alone" I replied "no I don't", I was then shot without warning - I took it to TS, we didn't see eye to eye and it wasn't resolved.

The whole situation was that me and my friends were selling when you pulled up. I witnessed you arrest my friend so I went back home to get my gun out and car. I came to break him out of police custody and threatened you but you did not listen. I confirmed it was him and gave you an ultimatum to which you responded by disregarding it and stepping towards me with a weapon in your hand, I reacted and I shot. 

 
"You wanna leave ritz alone" I wouldn't call this a ultimatum because this was the only thing you said to me.

anyway I will leave this up to staff now, I wont be responding until them

 
@Ares DionBefore I deal with the report, Do you have any evidence you would like to add to this report for me to review. 

@MichaelMasonDo you have evidence before this point at all, For example what happened from the time you started roleplaying with the suspect for me ?

 
Afternoon Stuart, I don't have evidence, other than the video provided, but If I did it would be irrelevant as only interaction I had with Emerus driver is in the recording provided.

I have a clip proving I was in the situation from the beginning when he came to arrest both me and my friend. If you think thats suitable let me know and I will add it to the forum.

Afternoon Ares, It's more in relation to any Roleplay that happened with yourself and the officers or if none happened at all, Mainly for a better understanding of the situation that lead to you shooting as in the initial video there isn't much roleplay that would fall outside of the RDM claim as it stands.

 
Good afternoon Stuart, then there is nothing for me to really add unfortunately.

 
Good Morning both, First off thank you for the information and letting me know there isn't any additional evidence to this. I'll go ahead and handle the report based on the video provided by Paul above.

So overall in the video your friend did talk then starting using the /me command stating they we're having audio issues and the officers from what is seen accept that and allow time for your friend to fix it. Now moving on in the video when you show up at 2:49 your friend doesn't appear to have any audio issues even through Paul is trying to RP with him. When you pulled up the main things that we're said 'ritz is that you' then  'Do you want to leave ritz alone then shoot and the officer.' before shooting the officer. 

Overall this isn't enough roleplay to warrant attacking another player as a whole since we are a roleplay community first and foremost. The guy in the mask behind the officer was having the right idea by going behind them to then I'd assume enchance the roleplay and to get the person loose however you did shoot very quick Ares not allowing any roleplay apart form a 'No' that the officer said.

So based on that it would fall under RDM and based on the fair bans system you will be receiving a 1 day ban @Ares Dion
