Please (in detail) describe the incident: While on patrol I noticed two vehicle consistently going around speeding, passing red lights in local vehicles. I know from previous experience that around this time there is always a few individuals baiting so I had taken note of their ID's.
They then began the baiting by consistently holding down their horn despite being warned they would be arrested if they continue to be anti-social at which his friend has joined in despite the warning.
Shortly after they pass the red light we are waiting at and we leave them on their way, they then come back and begin crashing into our vehicle from the front. Returning once again and crashing to our vehicle on the side.
Clear case of the baiting, and because it is frequent around this time hopefully whichever warning of punishment these individuals get will stop them from doing again in the future.
I'll also add that the driver of the police vehicle Jacob Riley put in OOC advising them to stop baiting however they continued. I also asked them to come to TS in which I got no response.
