Please (in detail) describe the incident: Note to staff: I know this report is nearly 2 days late from the incident, however after this situation happened I didn't know whether to create a new report or add it to a currently on-going one, so I added it to an on-going one and was told to create a new one.
Whilst out looking for members of the Chippieones, I spot Steven Fishcakes on Forum Drive, and decide to radio it over. I lost eyes on him and found him shortly after. I stopped to question him and he decided to peel off. After we chased him and got him cornered, at a clear disadvantage (1v4), we decided to hands him up, with 3 guns pointed at him in front of him and myself at the back. After he came out of the car, with 3 guns still clearly pointed at him after I put mine down to zip-tie him, he decided to stab me, knowing that he will 100% get shot straight after, no matter of a doubt.
We called him over to QE after this situation, which he came to and when questioned as to why he decided to stab me whilst at a clear disadvantage and outnumbered, his response was 'out of frustration'. Personally, I do not believe that frustration is a clear reason to break a rule. I will link 3 different POVs of the same situation.
