Please (in detail) describe the incident: Player ID 125 decided to call me a sket in the clothing store so my fellow member decided to shoot him in the head. His friend then decided to start ramming us with his car so he was then also downed. We then went to dump them and when I asked them if they had any last words he called me a homophobic word. I think the clip speaks for it's self. If the full 5 minute clip is required please do let me know.

Hi @Sky Fishman - clearly C1.2 has been broken here, however I can't tell from your clip who actually spoke there - be it 125 or 116.
Have you got any footage where either of these players are speaking when you've got sessionheads enabled so I can determine this please?

I have listened to both these clips over and over again

I am happy that the one who has breached C1.2 is indeed 125 and as such a ban will be in place.
