What best describes this incident: nvl & low quality roleplay
Please (in detail) describe the incident: We had a fight with cutlass at the airport in city where we killed every person other than one man who after the police started to intercept we left to flee the scene after this we headed up north to dodgy doctor to take care of the two people we fought with as you can see i am providing medical aid to a cutlass member ID 125 i believe his character name to be simon i maybe wrong but we treated there wounds and brought some defibs to help them on there feet enough to scavenge what we could from the pockets and zip tie an send on there way but during the short time of being picked up from gun shot wounds this man decided to not roleplay any sort of injury only respond with do u want me to drop it i believe about his fire arm but with two automatic guns aimed at the mans head he still decided to pull his gun out headshot me with what i believe to be a on screen crosshair as he didnt adjust only pulled an shot straight away and tried to flick to my friend who was present.... also this to me is complete lack of roleplay no acting out injurys or complying with any high quality roleplay during the situation an also a NVL as pulling your gun when being faced with 3 people with guns 2 of which are aimed at you seems to not be the smartest choice in the situation.


(sorry about my back ground audio was telling a friend in my house about what was going on as he enjoys watching rp but does not yet owna pc)

hello mate, its a shame we didn't get to liase about this, we still can if you'd like.

I'd like to highlight a few points in regards to why i made the decision and why it made sense to me in RP, on the journey to DR. coat hanger the driver of the vehicle clearly stated to his friends over the radio that he had no ammo for his SMG whatsoever, after being removed from the boot i took note of this individual and when resuscitated noticed this was the only man aiming what was essentially a "prop" gun at me, knowing i had my weapon with ammo at the ready i decided it would be within my characters best interest to call his bluff.
 
hello there i have a few things id like to point out id like to start with the first problem we had here the issue with liase is when it was mentioned in ooc we was told an i quote "if you feel a rule has been broke take it to the forums" so i did not seeing any point in taking this to liaison from that point.

secondly i would like to speak about the ammo situation as i will confirm upon leaving the airfield i had 0 ammunition and requested some off some of my friends over radio which you would of heard in the passenger seat of the car we was travelling in but following from that if you heard the 0 ammo remark you would be aware i was in need of ammo we was in a two seater car a "jester" to be exact no space for any of my friends to ask in person for ammunition as people still had plenty it was only me who was under prepared and had used mine up as i wouldn't like to leave any details out here and explain it to the best of my ability also once we regrouped at dodgy doctor i had met with two of my associates who as you would know from the shoot out was both armed how do you know i did not receive any ammunition off of them ? did you think it was the smartest decision to jump to the conclusion i had 0 when i had requested some ? and also even if i had 0 bullets as you said u identified me as the man who had no ammo why would you not decide to shoot the man next to me who would clearly have ammo or was it because i was directly opposite you for you to line up your on screen crosshair to head shot me with out moving your arm in any way to adjust for the shot ? (if you have your view id like to see it to confirm I'm wrong as the crosshair is only a accusation)

thirdly i would also like to mention the lack of rp or high quality roleplay should we say after receiving numerous gunshot wounds and only being packed with gauze and bandages would you say you was fit an healthy to react the way you did as in my eyes yourself had moved and reacted as if he had not been hurt at all i believe following with what it states in section G4.5
(G4.5) When you have been revived:
  • You have been given medical treatment and must continue to roleplay your injuries with the medical treatment in mind.

    personally i would like to see your response here to see if you have anything that could throw what im reporting you for out the window but from my understanding simon mate you broke these rules below.

  • (G2.4) Value of LifeAt all times you are to value your life, if you are clearly outnumbered or at an obvious disadvantage you should comply with demands.


    (C1.7) Common SenseAs a Roleplay game, every situation is different and not everything can be detailed within these rules and so it is important to remember this is an adult community and some things simply come down to common sense.

Thank you for taking the time to report this incident, after reviewing the evidence provided it is clear that the reported user is in breach of G2.4. The player is currently permanently banned however I will be adding this to their current ban.
