Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and my friend were going around robbing people when we spotted someone (1243) with a G6 truck get out and jump over a wall, we mention we will try and rob him. Upon confronting him, we notice he is with someone who is downed, we ask him to drop the cash but he runs when we have weapons drawn, upon chasing him down and hitting him, he begins to repeatedly break character accusing us of metagaming multiple times, assuming that we had some connection to the person he was with, which was not true. This ruined the RP experience for us.

We initially attempted to take him to Paleto but couldn't check in, so we told him we will take him to Sandy Shores instead. Our RP plan was to get the cash from him upon waking up, of which we informed him of our intentions. Upon arriving at Sandy Shores and checking him in, there were no other players there. However, a player appears outside Sandy Shores just before the revival of 1243.

I had suspicions that this new player, who is 1297, was in fact involved in metagaming with outside comms, to come and pick up 1243 to avoid us carrying out our intended roleplay.

The footage then shows 1297 leaving the hospital, and jumping into the car with 1243 to escape.

We then give chase in order to try and salvage what RP we can.

Once we pull them over, we get out our car, they get out of there car and into ours, but then they continue to VDM us multiple times.

Overall, an extremely disappointing experience. We tried multiple times to get them into discord in OOC, this message can be seen in footage provided.

Hello the character was meant to be jack wiltshire and the time is meant to say 1 am, i am also replying as my friend is unable to comment due to a temporary block

Alrighty. Thanks.

First things first, I'll get this out the way.. VDM is NOT a rule break on this server. RVDM is the rule we have in place, which is against Random vehicle deathmatch.

Other rule breaks may have occurred prior to the player running you both over however, it wasn't random. I am okay with this.

Now, everything that happened beforehand however, I have some problems with.

Whilst you were searching 1243, your friend had him at a clear and obvious disadvantage being in close range with his hammer. The player then decided to not value his life, and then run off. I will say the footage does cut very very shortly, it would have been helpful for this to have continued slightly longer.

Once you drop him off at the hospital, what is obviously his friend (1297) appears randomly, doesn't really speak and when the player is revived, he runs straight to the vehicle and drives off. I took some time to think of this decision as there is such a big gap in footage between killing the player and taking him to the hospital however taken into account of the player's actions outside this incident, I am confident in deciding that they have clearly metagamed in this incident, most likely messaging/talking outside FiveM to plan his rescue from the hospital.

Also - Just to add, please less of the "Do you know what you are doing?!" and more of roleplaying injuries when being hit by a car over and over. I understand a situation like this can be frustrating but it's important to still follow the rules and not let yourself slip.
