Please (in detail) describe the incident: At approximately the time linked to this report, myself, Cal Pepper, Adam Whitmarsh and Cameron Salt were engaged in a failure to stop road pursuit with Session ID 119.

The individual drove at high speeds off of a high cliff near the back of El Burro Heights, completely missing the beach and diving straight into the ocean.

Police attempted to carry on the RP, and searched for the individual more than seven minutes after he initially entered the water, to which the suspect did not role play any injuries whatsoever and continued to shout in a clear voice (whilst underwater).

When dragged out of the water, suspect did not act out his injuries either

No evidence of Session ID on the clips taken but logs should reflect as we checked sessionheads later but don't have this on recording

I've reviewed the footage provided and have identified the player in question,

By the looks of it the player is new but should know the basics of RP, Its clear that Fail Driving occurred in the footage as the player sent it off of a cliff into the water and died, the player was submerged in the water calling out for help and talking as if nothing happened to him by not RPing his injuries or even doing the minimal by sounding some what injured or sounding like he was under the water.
