Please (in detail) describe the incident: Cutlass were on the hill near Coalition ranch trying to rob people, they were chased down into the apple fields. ID 119 had a machete, he had 3 guns pointed at him 2 from cars and me with a shotgun which he can clearly see pointed at him, he is demanded multiple times to stop and put his hands up, yet he refuses and then tries to attack me on the bike.

I was the one already down in the Audi R8. You haven't tried to resolve this in the police Liason or message in the OOC you just put it straight here.

After speaking with your "gang" after the first RVDM incident it was clear it was a waste of time trying to speak with anyone of you after your piss poor rp. There is nothing to discuss here, I believe there has been a rule break, so it's been reported. Again, I'll let staff decide and take action there is no other input needed from me.

@ImCloudNine Although it is encouraged to resolve in TS/Discord before making a player report it is not a requirement.

Now moving on to the report, from the video you have provided it seems as if you have pulled up to a player with a shotgun pointed at him and gave him clear and concise demands to place his hands up. In this instance the player is at a clear disadvantage and fails to follow your orders therefore failing to value his life and charges at yourself and others with a Machete ending up in himself being downed and not allowing any further rp to take place such as a kidnapping etc.
