Please (in detail) describe the incident: Doing mechanic work and I notice 1174 parking up their car behind my flatbed. Running past the flatbed, you can hear them get run over by a car before immediately getting up and running again, no intention of roleplaying an injury of getting hit by a car going around 60. With very little rp, they order me to stick my hands up. Compliance is given, but I'm not really expecting much from them given their attire. Ordering me to unlock the flatbed, I walk over, gaining enough distance to be outwith a strike from the bat before strugling to pull out a knife (blame my high sensitivity) and fight. It's a fair fight as I was already low on health <- That, I'm all sorta fine with. Though the RP leading up to the fight wasn't the best, he had a reason to incapacitate myself when I challenged him.

A passing individual notices what's going on and attempts to help, before being ordered away. From here, 1174 proceeds to drive down to the beach to dump myself for very little rp reason. There could have been much more potential for rp whilst I was incapacitated, but they go for the immediate dumping option, jumping out of the car before it hits the water. I'm not entirely sure if they became incapacitated from jumping out the car before exiting the game, or if they immediately exited the game once jumping. Either way, IDs are shown and 1174 just disappears. Just looks like they didn't wish to see the possible consequences of their actions, be it death or police involvement.

Fair play, I rolled the dice with them and came out at a loss. Tried to make the scenario a bit more interesting with a fight, knowing that if I complied all the way, they would take the truck and be on their way, end of. But the way they acted showed no regard for proper rp or making the situation enjoyable and would rather just be an inconvenience to my day.

Though I never clipped it, I do believe they were on session ID 660 (ginger, same voice, hospital gown and baseball bat) earlier on in the night, maybe around 2am ish. Hanging around MRPS trying to bait police into a fight while hot-micing to someone called Patrick (just worth mentioning in case they were breaking rules on multiple session IDs as an attempt to evade a report. Or if the 2 officers see this report and have footage of it)

Good Afternoon @Hobb, Thank you for taking the time to make this player report. 

I can see from the footage you have provided ID 1174 attempts to rob you for your vehicle and it ends up in an altercation between you both where you end up the downed party. I can see very little roleplay provided from him before dumping you however it is hard to tell what conversation happens between the time of the clips you have provided (jumps from him downing you to you already in another vehicle with the passer-by's help) although I doubt there was high quality roleplay within the time he downed you and when he logged out 4 minutes later, without that evidence it is hard to say. In this instance driving the vehicle from the beach into the water would not be considered fail driving, if he would have driven it off a large drop at high speeds then it could be considered so. He attempts to exit the vehicle before it hits the water however he was clearly already injured from the altercation or for other reasons and it ended up in him downing himself. The roleplay provided by 1174 here does not seem up to scratch but regardless of that 1174 did indeed combat log 2 minutes after his death and so the report will be actioned as such.
