Ok, thank you both for getting back to me. Let's get this report sorted and done.
The claims of G1.3 - Baiting, is, in my opinion clear as day. You yourself Anonymous Monkey have admitted this yourself to an extent and as such, will be actioned upon.
Now on to the more tricky part. C1.12 - Sensitive roleplay. Whilst it is obvious that Anonymous Monkey is most certainly trying to push some buttons around this, and I belive he knows he is also, it is hard to determine at what point he is specifically asked, in a serious manner to cease what he is doing.
In the footage provided I do not see or hear him being asked or told to stop because it is making anyone uncomfortable prior to Olivias message OOC which states: "1038 look at the rule when asked to stop under sensitive RP stop, he has asked you to stop so i suggest you stop"
The comments made immediately before this message from Alex himself is "That's not very nice is it mate?". Later, in the cells you can clearly hear Alex is annoyed and states "I will not listen to that word".
Now, this is why I asked if there was a unedited or unclipped version of events as it may have been accidentally cut off, but without that I can't be sure. I can only go by what I have been presented.
However, with that being said it is to me, obvious that reading the OOC messages that Anonymous Monkey is deliberately trying to wind up and push buttons. But I do not feel it is clear cut enough to action under C1.12, so I will be changing this to the following: C1.3 and C1.7.
Based off all the evidence in this report, reading the replies, and liaising with fellow staff I will be actioning the following:
ID:1038 Anonymous Monkey - 7 day ban for G1.3 baiting, C1.3 OOC abuse and C1.7 Common sense.
ID:1005 Rouble - 1 day ban for G1.3 baiting.
