Good Afternoon, and thank you for your report. I am unsure if you have completed a report on the forums so I will offer you some advice, when completing the forum please provide the full time that it happened, I just have 18 but I am guessing this was 1800hrs.

As for Please (in detail) describe the incident, if you could give us a little more information that would be great, I am not asking you to write war and peace, but it certainly give us context, what you were doing before, during and after, if you had any other interactions with these people, and what was the outcome.

I would like to thank you for providing a clip that was at least 3 minutes, we need 3-5 mins of footage for reports on RVDM and RDM.

A small nit pick would be you have named the rule as VRDM, the rule this comes under is RVDM, feel free in future to use the numbers that we have for rules. Please see the linked rules pages.
