Brief Suggestion:

Replace the Toro, Toro 2 & Seashark jetski

Detailed Suggestion:

Another one for the marina, I feel as though the marina while did have some love done to it through some of the building changes with the addition of the ATM, wardrobe, jukebox etc. It hasn't had any for the boat stock. Below are 3 mods to replace the Toro, Toro 2 and the Seashark and I think it would be a good replacement for the current line-up and a little refresh.

Would be great to have some new additions to the boat life, it's one area that feels left out in the city 

 
I'd say don't replace but add instead, import boats perhaps

That would be ideal but on the mod it says "replaces toro" etc, so I don't know if that plays a part in whether it can be added as an extra or has to be replaced

this could be the truck of the oceans, have it carry 500 but it would be slow as all hell, but it would be nice to have it as an alternative to owning the yatch, i can garentee this would sell alot if it was priced upto 500K

Can be easily converted to an add on honestly, not a big big issue 😄 In fact the 3 mods you linked all have add on files ready for them!
