Replace Rubble With Small Tiptruck For Bin Job

The Biff and the Rubble are both similar vehicles, but the Biff makes more sense for the bin jobs as it is a rubbish truck, whereas the Rubble looks more like it's for construction.

My suggestion is to replace the Rubble:

With the small tiptruck:

It also looks like a construction truck but less so, and because it has an empty bed it would make sense to throw rubbish bags in there.

It's also smaller so would add a bit of diversity as a small truck option.

Unfortunately the suggested vehicle can also spawn with gravel on the flatbed and as such is not a suitable replacement. "Rubble" has also been removed as it doesn't fit in well enough with the garbage job.
