You just took my friend hostage and you don't expect me to shoot you? RP was initiated. We are both TKC. His name was [TKC] Slikky. If I didn't shoot you, [TI] Fade was going to shoot you instead, since he was on the office building, along with [TKC] Rambeau.
I don't see how this is RDM, you have restrained a man without his consent and tried to run off with him as a hostage to bargain with. I even said come out and put your hands up, but from your POV you can't hear anything
This was also at like 5am in the morning, I spoke to EXP guy in the video aftewars he said it was fine. The police officer was also on my side. (Gave me your location and how many people and what guns you had.)

I see what you mean but we took you're friend hostage about 5 to 8 min back and it would be nice to re-initiate RP, and also 1 question. How did you find you're friend?

I said in a asian accent outside on the rocks saying listen up ******* come out with your hands up.
PC doohicky like I said gave me the cordinates and the house how many were armed and what guns you HAD, he even ran outisde and started talking to me saying he's in there.
I also said TI Fade was on the OFFICE building above you. If I didn't kill you someone else would of.
And as I can see from your POV you didn't hear that, because it sounds like your in-game sound is on 2% while your mic is at 70%.

The reason my sound is low is because of my recorder, it boosts my mic and even if Doohicky told you where we were you still have to re initiate RP with us. If you have video evidence that you were saying "Come out with you're hands up" In hearing range then I will take down this report.

Regardless, RP was initiated.
I don't think you understand, when RP is already or when it actually does need to be initiated.

Ok I can see that you were there but you were about 40m away AND even if one of my guys heard you (Which they diden't) it would have all been gibberish because of how far away you were from the building. I mean I barely understood what you had said in the video!

I have provided the evidence multiple times to people, everybody else has accepted but you're convinced it was RDM.
the evidence you provided you can't hear anything in itself.
