I've got a decent computer, (i9, rtx 3070) yet as soon as the storms come my FPS tanks, you need to change your SFX volume just to be able to continue playing because you can't hear people talking, you can't hear your radio, you can't hear your phone, you can't hear yourself think.
I understand weather is an aspect of roleplay, however these storms are ridiculous, the city is based upon the United Kingdom, not Lake Maracaibo (Maracaibo is the stormiest place on the planet. Thunderstorms rage above this massive body of water for up to 200 days of the year) - At the very least, look into adjusting these storms into some basic rain, which we do often get in the UK.
