Remove delay when unlocking doors (QOL)

Suggestion:
Remove the delay when unlocking doors, as it serves no purpose as far as I can see.
Am aware that with the old door script (way way back) it helped, but unsure if that is still the case.

The Pros:
Massive QOL improvement to avoid having to wait the couple of seconds for every door, every time. Especially for people like Police and NHS who run through loads of locked doors, the time you have wasted waiting for doors to unlock really builds up.

The Cons:
None

also solved double lock where it says locking locked then all of a sudden unlocked

Saves the hassle when you are escorting a suspect and they slide through the door and they have to be rearrested because they cant see.
