Brief Summary:

Simple enough suggestion, remove the 3rd person shooting ability from motorbikes.

Detailed Suggestion:

Motorbikes have become the new meta which is not good for the server. There have been plenty of occasions where situations will be dominated by motorbikes on one side as the drivers can wield guns (most notably Uzi's) without the 1st person aim penalty most vehicles get. Combine this with the speed and agility that motorbikes have, it becomes frankly ridiculous to deal with. This has especially noticeable with vehicles used in general, as pretty much everyone who is going into a hostile situation will use a motorbike as there is no reason not to. Multiple situations have played out where its people on foot dealing with drive-by's where a motorbike will speed past at 100+mph, reload, heal, and repeat until their target is dead. This comes at much less risk that it ought to be.

The Pros:

- Move combat more towards normal foot based movement which is much less overpowered
- Brings more accountability to starting and conducting a lethal situation
- More Realism

The Cons:

- People may feel that an asset they spent money on has been wasted due to the change
- Many criminals will have to find other means to conduct crime

Does this suggestion change balance on the server ?

Changes the meta of gunfights (imo) for the better.

yes

as for - "People may feel that an asset they spent money on has been wasted due to the change" Good.

People complained and moaned when the change came in about cars and when they found out bikes didnt have forced 1st they went and got them and now you never see them in cars its too much of an advantage especially with guns reloading faster in vehicles
