I was banned for exploiting my restraints that magically disappeared in the middle of an intense gunfight.

Why should we unban you ?
I was not aware of the bug, and according the the admins I "should have known" - how? There is no list on the forums of known bugs and what someone should do in the case of them. Its not my fault I didn't know.
After my restraints disappeared I pulled out my MXSW and killed 2 cops, as a gunfight was still going on.
In hindsight, this was the wrong move, however view this in the context of an intense gunfight which I am in the middle of.
I didn't take the time to think, flight / fight reflexes. Initially I ran away (flight) when I was in a bad position, then I returned to fight once I was in a position to do so. All within a few seconds.
I quite frankly think that getting banned for something that isn't mentioned in the rules or on the forum anywhere is not my fault.
I initially was not going to post an appeal to this because of the attitude the admins and police took towards me, however I would just like to see a response and explanation as to why I was banned for something that I was not informed about or had prior experience to. I never roll about in large groups and thus have never been in a long enough gunfight for a cop to be killed (which causes the handcuffs to disappear) - how was I possibly meant to know about this?
Additionally, the admins told me that I was chatting bullshit about not knowing, but you can even see in the footage that I said "I don't know what happened" before running away. Just goes to show how much they actually viewed and thought about the situation before laying down the banhammer.
