Hello.

What's the best way to record/capture Arma 3 gameplay in background (in case of any interesting situations).

PS. I'm using AMD gpu.

Shadowplay is very recommended if you have a Nividia GPU

if you want to record in hd, then OBS is very good (I use it for streaming but it can also record with custom overlays etc),

if you want footage for evidence then maybe plays, but if you want full footage to make videos, then maybe look into OBS (its free)

Theres a few different ways!

If you use a nVidia GPU, then without a doubt use Shadowplay, but if you're using AMD or any other hardware, use OBS (Open Broadcast Software) or PlaysTV!

I use OBS Studio, works pretty well just takes a little time to set up properly, I know a lot of people use the NVidia Shadow play too.
