Recent Police Changes and What should happen

I made a suggestion for a budget system back when I was a PCSO... which people agreed with. Why has this not gone through?

Set budget for month, money from bounties go through to the budget, keeps budget flowing. It's even possible every month to set out a little RP thing where the budget is lower for a month due to the fact that they have to perform roadwork repairs all over Kavala or some shit.

Systems better than just making people pay for shit.

Changed my vote (as I believed it was added) to police get no money and have to pay for gear. This means, like a real police force a budget will need to be managed. I think the higher police could manage the bank account and gear purchased could take it out from that account (like a gang fund or whatever it's called). This way the sense of community between police is increased and their money they get from being a good cop goes back into the pot! No more crazy-rich police. 

Also I really like Edgar Ville's post (especially about the nametags), I think this isn't the place for it but a discussion should definitely take place.

Just had a chat to one of the people present in the apparent TFU group (Was 2 TFU and a selection of normal officers on a mission) and it seems what was said was that gear should be free again but we only get a small % of the bounties...

How about almost no money from bounties/tickets/searches etc. Just a normal salary. 

25k-50k every 15 minutes + 10% reward from just arrests and tickets. i.e. the only money you will make from killing someone is from keeping their wallet.

However, let's just try focus on our current system and see whether it makes a good impact.
