Think some people need to get off their high horses and accept situations that occur rather than trying to stir shit.
I think we can safely say with the current quality on the server nothing is "protocol" anymore, because all protocol does is fuck Cops over and it's gotten to the point where people have finally had enough.
So let's begin.
I think it's extremely apparent by 1:35 if not earlier that you are being pursued, you yourself know this hence your constant looking around and following the Police Officer. So you were fully aware they wanted you to pull over hence the Police lights and sirens, yet you still ran.
The Rebels attempted to help. With the way this Community is at the minute, I respect what the Officers did, why the hell would they punish them and ruin that support?. You are complaining against protocol but you need to understand the shit this place is becoming. Kavala is a bunch of people with guns just stood there, bating cops to intervene only to surround and shoot. We can't do fuck all as it is. So if a group decides to help why are you complaining?. This is a roleplay server. I don't know why you've attempted to shame him for going along with shit...jesus.
Carrier Rigs. Dunno why he was wearing them but I can hazard a guess. The shit this place has become. Police no longer have control of anywhere, so he was trying to better ensure his life through the use of a more secure vest. I can understand and wish others could, the amount of shit cops put up with.
As for being placed under arrest, I can understand that. With my previous experience I give people the benefit of the doubt, they just fucking zig zag run off or hop in a car. Police need to be strict because you guys look for any little opportunity to run.
Overall, this wasn't needed. Protocol is a load of shit lately and this is a Roleplay server. Stop moaning because some Rebels helped catch you, shit happens.
